TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Zoe Association International South Africa Missions

 

 

• Zoe Association International acts as a representative for the missions’ trip participant in all matters connected with arranging air and ground transportation, hotel or other lodging, food and places of ministry.

 

• Zoe Association International holds itself free from responsibility in the event of any damage, injury, or loss related to delayed or cancelled transportation services, strikes, weather conditions, civil disturbances, labor disputes, military actions, terrorist activities, government regulations, or any other conditions BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

 

• Missions’ participant waives any or all claims for damage or loss of personal injury, which may be caused by any act, or failure to act, by any AMI directors, agents, employees, or officers.

 

• Adults and youth participants who participate in activity NOT SANCTIONED by Zoe Association International are not provided any protection by the ministry.

 

• All participants are expected to participate in scheduled MINISTRY activity.

 

• Deposits for missions’ trips are accepted in cash, check, money order, or credit card. You must raise your own support to attend the missions’ trip.  Zoe Christian Fellowship or Zoe Association International is not obligated to pay your balance for the missions’ trip.

 

• Deadlines for all monies will be announced in advance. Final payments are due based upon the time of the scheduled trip.

 

• Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE. Any money you raise above your NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT may be transferred in writing to another missionary going on this mission trip.  Money in your account remains there for 1 year only.
