There are seasons in life when we need to take time aside to focus more deeply on the ministry, career or business assignment The Lord has entrusted to our care. During these times, it is needed to have an opportunity to engage with others who understand the various challenges and opportunities we must deal with often on a weekly basis. The Zoe Association School of Pastoral Development (SPD) is not just for pastors but for anyone who leads and works closely with people in your church/ministry, on your team, and in your family.

The SPD is an opportunity to experience guided reflection and gain insight from seasoned leaders, as they share the backstory of ministry; whether it is done in a church or in the marketplace. Often, formal ministry or business training programs leave us ill-equipped to deal with the unexpected personal life challenges and the complexities of leading others to a place we haven’t been ourselves.

The SPD is designed to share and discuss how others have been able to not only be successful as a leader but overcame setbacks and disappointments that have often plagued us as leaders especially when we feel we are alone in the fight.

This 3-day course will be held Tuesday - Thursday, March 26 - 28th from 9:00 - 4:00p.m. at Zoe Christian Fellowship, 10252 Mills Avenue, Whittier. The cost is $450.00 which includes lunch. However, as a benefit of being a member of the Zoe Association, the cost is only $300.00. If you are not a member now, you may join today. Space is limited as we desire to maintain an intimate setting. At the conclusion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Thank you for your serious consideration. The School of Pastoral Development will be well worth your time!
